"Our mission is clear  in the U.S., an estimated 21 million adults experience at least one major depressive episode annually. This represents about 8.3% of all U.S. adults. Additionally, about 1 in 4 adults experience a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year, with approximately 9.5% suffering from a depressive illness. Around 1 in 5 adults experience anxiety or depression symptoms. Globally, approximately 284 million people suffer from anxiety disorders, and 264 million have depressive disorders.

Depression and Anxiety the impact on youth to adolescents is a area of study we hope to address:
risk factors, diagnosis and treatment, effectiveness of different therapeutic approaches, role of medications and other treatments and impact of mental health issues on overall health and well-being."
